Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Own GTM forecasting processes and ensure accurate forecasts and reporting
• Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting for the GTM function, including sales capacity modeling and commission expense forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field
• 6-10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or GTM Finance
• Advanced skills in Excel modeling and proficiency with ERP, CRM, and BI tools
• Experience in the software industry preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key business decisions
