Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to support their Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting in partnership with leadership
• Develop and maintain financial/data models for growth and profitability assessment
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis and performance commentary

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or Pricing in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including experience with large datasets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus)
• Experience with FP&A tools preferred
