Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead for cross-functional Go-To-Market initiatives, ensuring financial insight and alignment
• Lead preparation of external financial reporting and produce financial statement forecasts
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis for executive leadership focusing on business performance and risk assessment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Planning
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
• Hands-on experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems
• Experience working with GTM systems such as Salesforce and Gong
