Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee risk management, internal control systems, and corporate sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen financial governance by collaborating with key stakeholders
• Serve as the Local ICS Coordinator, ensuring effective internal control systems
• Lead the preparation and reporting of CSR and ESG data in compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in an international or matrix organization
• In-depth understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and corporate governance standards
• Proven experience in managing cross-regional or global finance initiatives
• Fluency in English and German
