Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for property portfolios, ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Assist in developing and monitoring annual operating budgets and forecasts, collaborating with property management teams
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, resolving discrepancies and improving financial accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling
• Experience with financial software systems, preferably real estate management platforms like Yardi or MRI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial data and identify trends
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
