Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager who will partner with corporate and functional leaders to provide financial insights and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for corporate operating expenses and perform variance analysis
• Serve as the primary finance partner to the IT organization, developing business cases and monitoring project spend
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and preparing materials for leadership reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting, ideally supporting IT functions
• Strong understanding of financial treatment for IT-related expenses, including cloud-based applications
• Experience in creating business cases and managing multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement in a fast-paced environment
