Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-range financial forecast models and support strategic decisions
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop KPIs for performance reporting
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, establishing best practices for financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, with a focus on value-based care
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience managing and developing analysts or associates
