Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to support the CFO and executive team through financial modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain three-statement financial models and update monthly financial forecasts
• Prepare corporate reporting packages for investors and support bank reporting compliance
• Assist in acquisition evaluations and develop transaction models for financial diligence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance
• Strong financial statement fluency with GAAP understanding
• Exposure to M&A modeling and diligence is a plus
• Experience in FP&A or strategic finance, particularly in a high-growth environment
