Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and enhance forecasting and analysis of profitability
Drive accountability for strategic program commitments and conduct variance analysis
Implement processes and tools to generate actionable insights for operations and sales leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
6 - 8 years of experience in a professional services or similar B2B business
Proficient in modeling and business intelligence tools
Experience in defining, modeling, tracking, and reporting KPIs
Workday Adaptive and private equity experience preferred
