Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning activities, including modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions
• Act as a financial partner to operational teams, managing budgeting and cash flow analysis for new initiatives
• Deliver performance visibility through variance analysis and operational metric tracking to support profitability evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related finance role
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modeling
• Knowledgeable in SAP and data visualization tools
• Ability to pass background checks as required
