Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to drive forecasting and demand planning with a focus on corporate finance and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the budget and long-range planning models for automation and data integration
• Build and maintain financial models for various operational metrics including revenue and expenses
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on findings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial close processes
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into concise insights
