Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions based on financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience
• Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar platforms preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience is a plus
• Proven ability to present to senior and executive leadership teams
