Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager (GOS).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and manage financial reporting to clients and corporate office
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all finance-related priorities and initiatives are met
• Develop training programs for accounting personnel and monitor the performance of financial staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience with general ledger maintenance and financial reconciliations
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
