Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational goals
• Act as a core FP&A business partner by connecting unit economics with the budget and ensuring stakeholder understanding of financial levers
• Manage month-end close processes, track KPIs, and prepare high-impact reporting for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with experience as a Finance Business Partner
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling in Google Sheets
• Experience program managing cross-functional projects
• Ability to leverage AI and automation tools for efficiency and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience
