Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager - Management Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts, leading monthly variance reviews and consolidating group-level management accounts
• Review invoices and purchase contracts, verify cost centre allocations, and monitor budget commitments in real time
• Lead the Finance stream of the ERP project, ensuring data migration integrity and delivering end-user training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master's or MBA is a plus
• Professional qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, qualified or finalist
• 5+ years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in management accounting or FP&A
• Hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar); implementation experience is a strong plus
• Solid grounding in IFRS principles
