Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager specializing in FP&A and Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve forecasting models and perform monthly variance analysis
• Support executive reporting, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Assist with acquisition modeling, financial diligence, and post-close performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in public accounting, FP&A, transaction advisory, or investment banking
• Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced Excel modeling skills
• Experience with forecasting and variance analysis
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Self-starter with an ownership mentality and ability to operate in ambiguity
