Finance Manager

Job Summary

Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing financial support for various business functions, including financial reporting and analysis, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and presentation of monthly financial results and KPIs for business leaders
• Serve as primary FP&A contact for senior leaders, managing the annual budget and monthly forecast processes
• Drive financial analysis and forecasting, evaluating actual financial results and discussing them with budget owners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting
• At least 4 years of progressive management experience
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion preferred
