Finance Manager

Job Summary

Finance Manager, responsible for providing financial analysis and support to healthcare operations in a full-time salaried role, including building financial models, analyzing data, and presenting reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports, including variance analysis and operational metrics
• Present financial reports and insights to functional leaders to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or private equity/investment banking
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software preferred
• Operational finance experience is a plus
