Job Summary

Finance Manager, an experienced professional responsible for overseeing financial governance, compliance, and operational support for a US subsidiary in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, tax, and legal compliance for the US entity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Contribute to financial reporting and the improvement of financial processes and controls

Qualifications and Requirements

• 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a fast-growing company, preferably in biotech or life sciences
• Experience with US GAAP and familiarity with multi-entity environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
