Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager, the full-time remote position will manage monthly revenue forecasting, perform detailed analytics on key performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly executive-level forecasting and reporting of product financials, focusing on visit revenue and associated operating metrics
• Act as a strategic partner to commercial, marketing, and operational teams by delivering insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data
• Support finance transformation initiatives by migrating forecasting and reporting processes to web-based planning tools and leveraging automation and AI

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• 4 - 7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic finance, or management consulting
• Strong Excel-based modeling skills and a proven analytical work style
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective relationships
• Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and creating business cases
