Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support revenue growth, the remote Finance Manager will partner with brand revenue leadership to deliver financial planning, drive sales incentive execution, and build automated tools for performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with revenue leaders to provide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage the analysis and execution of sales incentive plans, ensuring accuracy in payouts and seller statements
• Design and implement automated systems to enhance forecasting and business analysis processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive financial, accounting, or analytical experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus
• Experience with AI-enabled tools for financial modeling or reporting
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in finance functions
