Job Summary

Managing a team focused on finance strategy and operations, the full-time Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate and improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations
