Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support financial planning and management accounting across Core Events, the full-time Finance Manager will drive financial rigor, oversee event-level P&L reporting, and partner with business leaders to ensure accurate financial outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead finance partner for the Core Events portfolio, owning event-level P&L oversight and reporting
• Manage and develop Event Accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to financial policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes while providing variance analysis with actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing junior team members or leading project workstreams
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes, particularly P&L accuracy
