Finance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and management accounting, the full-time Finance Manager will oversee event-level P&L outcomes, partner with business leaders for optimal decision-making, and manage junior finance staff in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead finance partner for the Core Events portfolio, managing event-level P&L oversight and reporting
• Own the Finance sign-off of event P&Ls, ensuring accuracy in revenue, costs, and margin outcomes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes for assigned events while providing variance analysis and actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing junior team members or leading project workstreams
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes, with experience in P&L accuracy
