Finance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and management accounting, the full-time Finance Manager will drive financial rigor and oversee event-level P&L reporting while partnering closely with business leaders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead finance partner for the Core Events portfolio, overseeing event-level P&L reporting and validation
• Manage and develop junior finance staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to corporate finance policies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes while providing actionable variance analysis and insights

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or entertainment businesses is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing junior team members or leading project workstreams
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes, particularly in P&L accuracy
