Finance Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Finance Manager will provide financial planning and analysis services to early-stage startup clients, focusing on building financial models, developing performance reporting, and collaborating with accounting teams to optimize strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for various business models
• Develop and report on business performance and custom financial KPI dashboards monthly
• Assist clients in the fundraising process, including building investor-facing models and leading financial diligence

Required qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in finance roles, including investment banking, consulting, and FP&A
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of financial principles and knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience building complex three-statement financial forecasts and conducting variance analysis
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams and adapt to changing priorities
