Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic financial decision-making, the remote Finance Manager will analyze data related to Nutrafol's Amazon channel, enhance operating models, and provide insights to the executive team while ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes for Amazon channel expenses, ensuring timely financial reporting
• Oversee reconciliation of accrual and prepaid expense accounts and maintain financial models
• Provide strategic guidance through financial modeling and variance analysis, collaborating with department leads

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience in analytical roles involving budgeting, planning, and financial modeling
• 2+ years of experience supporting a high-growth Amazon channel in eCommerce or CPG
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Tableau or other analytics platforms
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and present financial information effectively
