Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time Manager of FP&A will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, provide financial insights to senior management, and collaborate with various departments to drive decision-making, with the option for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyze performance against historical and forecasted results, providing insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to support business transformation initiatives and financial outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in analyzing large and complex data sets and managing multiple revenue models
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; experience with Power BI and Tableau preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage projects with a strong sense of urgency
