Finance Manager

Job Summary

Managing financial operations and reporting, the full-time Finance Manager will perform analytical reviews, coordinate financial contracts, and oversee budgeting and forecasting in a remote/hybrid capacity within the South Florida area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analytical reviews of financial and operational results, providing corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate financial aspects of contracts, including negotiations, cost controls, and customer reporting processes
• Oversee financial reporting to ensure integrity and facilitate coordination between headquarters and field operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 7+ years of experience in managing finance and accounting functions
• Functional knowledge of WMS systems and understanding of supply chain management processes
• Advanced proficiency in computer and spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
