Job Summary

To ensure financial health and support strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
