Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time salaried Finance Manager will build detailed financial models, conduct analyses for strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with various business units to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and implement action plans
• Develop timely financial reporting in collaboration with the Accounting team for business leaders
• Drive the annual planning process, including budgeting and investment evaluations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in financial planning and analysis
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with data analytic tools
