Finance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting company-wide planning and forecasting, the full-time Finance Manager will manage annual budgets, analyze financial results, and enhance financial planning processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly outlook, and long-range planning processes for assigned corporate areas
• Consolidate and analyze financial results and trends, identifying risks and opportunities
• Prepare variance analysis and executive-ready materials for Finance leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in presentation development
• Proven experience with AI-augmented productivity tools for financial data analysis
