Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time remote Finance Manager will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury activities while collaborating with international teams and supervising a Finance Assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reporting packages and analyses for executive leadership
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections
• Supervise financial compliance, audits, and maintain internal controls across financial operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including supervisory roles
• Advanced proficiency in SAP (Business by Design) and experience with QuickBooks
• Experience in multinational organizations with intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
