Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Finance Manager, the full-time remote position will drive financial excellence and strategic insight for a high-performing finance team, focusing on analytics, forecasting, and operational intelligence to support client relationships and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to Account Leadership, leading monthly financial meetings with P&L reviews
• Own the creation of budgets and forecasts, producing accurate monthly financial statements with variance analysis
• Manage Accounts Receivable objectives and execute monthly close processes in accordance with GAAP and accounting standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting and GAAP compliance
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience leading finance teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a proven track record in managing complex financial projects
