Finance Manager

Job Summary

Managing all functions related to accounting and finance for a portfolio of programs, the remote Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial standards while supervising a finance staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial areas including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Ensure timely and compliant preparation of all financial reports and activities for the program
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and monitor actual vs. budget/forecast financial performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Seven years of experience in all areas of accounting and finance
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Experience working on DoD or federal contracts is required
• US citizenship required
