Job Summary

To support financial operations in a mission-driven environment, the full-time Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating closely with program teams and ensuring compliance with donor requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Support organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with the CFO and department leaders
  • Manage financial administration for grants, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with donor requirements
  • Serve as a trusted financial partner to program leaders, enhancing financial processes and reporting tools across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with 5-7+ years of nonprofit finance or accounting experience
  • Experience managing foundation, government, and international donor grants in a multi-donor funding environment
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and translating financial information into actionable insights
  • Experience with financial accounting systems, preferably Intacct or similar nonprofit accounting software
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values, with strong collaborative skills to engage non-finance staff
