Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the financial performance of the Commercial Onboarding and Servicing organization, the full-time Finance Manager will manage forecasting processes, partner with senior leadership, and lead a team of analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models to predict financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Bank Leadership Team, providing insights and presenting financial performance to senior leadership
• Lead a team of analysts, supporting month-end close activities and optimizing business operations by eliminating inefficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably in banking
• Proven leadership experience managing a high-performing team
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with financial system reporting environments and tools such as Tableau and SAS preferred
