Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a key strategic partner to the Divisional President, the full-time hybrid remote Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing critical insights to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting processes with a focus on revenue and margin across the division
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement
• Collaborate with divisional leaders to set and manage financial targets and ensure execution of strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in a professional services or B2B business
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business intelligence tools
• Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs
• Previous experience with FP&A capabilities and strategic initiative execution
