Job Summary

Leading financial planning and analysis for call center operations, the full-time remote Finance Manager will oversee month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational performance and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month-end financial reporting and variance analysis for call center operations
• Lead financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities
• Develop financial models and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance and cost trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial management
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial planning software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
