Finance Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Finance Manager will provide financial analysis and reporting, support business management, and drive process improvements across the US East Operating Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement for leadership
• Assist branches in managing cash collections and billing processes to enhance working capital
• Develop forecasting tools and metrics to track business performance against forecasts

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization
• Proven experience in driving process improvements and effective communication
• Self-motivated with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
