Finance Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Finance Manager will provide financial analysis and reporting to support leadership in managing business performance and driving process improvements across various lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement for the leadership team
• Develop forecasting tools and assist branches in cash collections and billing discipline
• Prepare management presentations and support branches with ad hoc financial requests

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build relationships with field operations
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and interact across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated effective communication skills for cross-functional interactions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards
