Finance Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic finance partner, the remote Finance Manager will own forecasting, scenario modeling, and business partnership across key functions, ensuring financial rigor and operational alignment in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cost, cash flow, and consolidated financial model for quarterly reforecasts and long-range planning
• Serve as a business finance partner, collaborating with various teams to connect initiatives to financial outcomes
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements across recurring workflows, identifying opportunities for process enhancement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a consumer or subscription business
• Strong financial modeling skills with familiarity in integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and scenario models that influence decision-making
