Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the financial strategy of a growing Fintech company, the full-time Finance Manager will manage CRO OpEx across Sales and Marketing, build revenue models, and lead forecasting operations while collaborating with leadership in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities:

• Own CRO OpEx financial management, including budget ownership, variance analysis, and spend forecasting
• Build and maintain dynamic revenue models connecting GTM investment to ARR and pipeline performance
• Lead analysis of Payback, LTV, and CAC across GTM segments, providing actionable insights to executive stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance business partner experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Marketing organizations with budget ownership and headcount planning
• Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to create driver-based models and conduct what-if analysis
• Comfort working with CRO-level and VP-level stakeholders, translating financial analysis into actionable decisions
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with enterprise planning tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
