Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading cash flow forecasting and financial modeling, the full-time Finance Manager will drive strategic finance initiatives remotely, collaborating with senior leadership to influence business performance and support capital allocation decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts to support strategic business planning and liquidity management
• Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization
• Support corporate development initiatives through M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and pro forma analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury
• Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling and cash flow forecasting
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and executive presence for effective communication with senior leaders
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools; CPA or CFA preferred
