Finance Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic business partner, the full-time Finance Manager will manage corporate analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with executives to optimize financial performance in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial counseling for executives, tracking progress and evaluating ROI of technical initiatives
• Own the end-to-end planning and forecasting process, including annual budgeting and variance analysis
• Analyze company-wide financial trends and perform industry benchmarking to guide leadership decisions

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS or Fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and advanced financial modeling skills
• Expertise with ERP Finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle Hyperion, or SAP S/4)
• Experience managing Cloud/Infrastructure costs (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
