Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-moving business, the remote contract Finance Manager will review complex commercial opportunities, shape pricing and deal terms, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Review complex commercial opportunities and provide financial guidance for sound business decisions
• Shape pricing, contract, and deal terms by balancing revenue goals and operational feasibility
• Create reporting and decision-support materials to help leadership understand pipeline trends and deal performance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance, deal desk, or a related business partnering role
• Strong background in commercial deal support, including pricing strategy and contract review
• Experience with CPQ tools and quote-to-cash processes in a business-facing environment
• Proven ability to operate effectively in early-stage startup or high-growth settings
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate nonstandard requests and recommend practical solutions
