Job Summary

Collaborating with revenue cycle operations and finance teams, the full-time remote Manager of Finance will conduct financial assessments for new customer operations, develop analytical models, and leverage AI tools to analyze complex datasets while driving value creation for health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial assessments of new customer operations to understand legacy operational cost structures
• Interface with customer finance teams to develop analytical models of operational performance
• Lead pricing workstream activities for new-customer engagements, including KPI scorecards and cost models

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline with a minimum of 5+ years in corporate or operational finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and analytical skills
• Knowledge of healthcare finance or revenue cycle management
• Ability to convey insights from data effectively
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
