Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the maturation of the FP&A function, the full-time Finance Manager will build board-ready financial models, drive forecasts, and enhance the financial infrastructure in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and accurate cycles
• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts for headcount and operating expenses, optimizing vendor costs
• Administer and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning and other analytical tools to improve planning workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in high-growth P&C insurance or technology
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial business leaders
• Knowledge of GAAP; statutory accounting experience is a plus
