Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Finance Manager will manage complex financial transactions and statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while providing exceptional service to clients both in-person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile complex financial transactions and statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Supervise and mentor team members to ensure efficient completion of assigned responsibilities
• Conduct regulatory reporting and assist with the quarterly SEC Reporting framework

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with management experience preferred
• College degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
