Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Finance Manager focused on Revenue, the successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews while partnering with G&A leaders to influence strategic decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to leaders across Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, and Operations
• Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes for G&A, including headcount and operating expenses
• Lead monthly business reviews, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to G&A leaders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence across various teams
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with experience in financial modeling
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription business is preferred but not required
